Terms & Conditions
For the purpose of ensuring the safety and comfort of all individuals at the wedding, Anta Organizasyon limited Şirketi shall be entitled to terminate any guest who does not observe and comply with the guidelines and regulations listed herein below.
• The children should never be left alone during the wedding, specially at balconies, Terraces or edges of the venues and should not climb on the furnitures or Altars inside or outside of the wedding venues.
• The children should be accompanied at the stairs and such similar other locations.
• Each Guests not allowed to climb the furniture at the wedding venues or wedding altars.
• For your own safety and comfort, please do not enter the wedding venue areas without wearing shoes.
• At Bridal preparation
Please remember the chosen saloon will be open to other saloon guests
If the Bridal preparation will be set at the bride's rooms then please remember only guests who stay at the same hotel will be allowed to enter bridal preparation service. Each individual staying in a room is obliged to check-in at the reception.
• Any guests, who have not been on the guest lists, are prohibited to enter the wedding venues or any other area inside the wedding venue. In respect of any guest who has not been on the guests list, an extra fee for 1 individual shall be reflected on the account of the Bride & Groom.
• Please do not smoke at any indoor wedding venues.
• The liability for not leaving their personal belongings unattended shall remain solely with wedding guests. In the event that any personal belonging of any of our guests is lost or stolen,
then, "Anta Organizasyon Limited Şirketi" or Wedding venue managements shall not assume any liability whatsoever.
• Please keep the security of your valuables during the wedding. Otherwise, no liability shall be assumed by Anta Organizasyon Limited Şirketi.
• “Anta Organizasyon Limited Şirketi” shall not assume any liability whatsoever with respect to any accident or injury that is beyond the control of the wedding venue or by Anta Organizasyon Limited Şirketi.
• It is strictly prohibited to throw any object or garbage at the wedding venue.
• Please do not use any and all kinds of lasers, fireworks or wish lanter and such other similar objects during the wedding.
• Pets are not allowed at weddings.
• There are waste containers for the paper, aluminum boxes, glasses and plastics inside the wedding venues, and such containers are readily accessible outside, please make use of such containers for any garbage.
